西藏衛生部長Dr. Tsering Wangchuk教授率領參訪團蒞臨林森(中醫)院區參訪

Dr. Tsering Wangchuk who led the visiting group to Linsen and TCM branch of Taipei City Hospital is the The Minister of Health of  Tibet.

Dr. Tsering Wangchuk and Medical Deputy Affair Hsu Chung Hua exchanged the souvenir to each other at the  Linsen and TCM branch of Taipei City Hospital.
